I practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, intersectional and critical race theory lens. I specialize in the areas of trauma, mood disorders, relationships, intimate partner violence and issues relating to gender identity, sexual orientation and racial/ethnic identity(ies).

My approach is warm, authentic and highly collaborative.  Through observations and questions I hope to guide clients to build insight, gain skills to respond to various stressors and to ultimately come to their own conclusions and decisions.
